RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that items must be returned in original packaging. We do not accept returns for:

Items that are worn or damaged by the customer

Sale or discounted items

Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will share the return instructions.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the original item and it passes our inspection, we will dispatch the replacement.

In case the requested size or product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or a refund, as per your preference.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
